August 2022 - 36 Accommodation Cabins

In 2022, Luxwood delivered 36 modular accommodation cabins (each approximately 4 m × 3 m) from our Brisbane factory. Each unit was installed on Luxwood Helical Screw Piles with prefabricated modular deck walkways built in-house.
This project showcases Luxwood’s ability to deliver high-quality, transportable accommodation solutions with precision manufacturing, efficient installation, and long-lasting durability.
Emerald QLD
January 2023 - Camp Cafeteria and Kitchen

Luxwood manufactured a 30m x 12m modular lunchroom and kitchen cafeteria, purpose-built to accommodate up to 300 personnel. Constructed in 10 modules at our Brisbane manufacturing facility, the building was designed for efficient transport and rapid on-site installation on Luxwood Helical Screw Piles.
Featuring durable, low-maintenance finishes and a fully equipped commercial kitchen, this project highlights Luxwood’s capability to deliver large-scale modular facilities that combine functionality, comfort, and build efficiency.
Springfield QLD
August 2023 - Stadium Canteen Facility
Originally completed in August 2023, Luxwood manufactured a fully modular canteen building with an integrated deck from our Ipswich factory. In 2024, a deck extension was added to expand the outdoor dining and service area, enhancing functionality and user comfort.
Logan QLD
November 2024 - Ablution Block
Completed in November 2024, this modular toilet block was constructed using a two-module configuration, one module forming the fully enclosed amenities structure and the other providing a roofed external deck for covered circulation and weather protection. The completed facility comprises nine individual toilet cubicles, each with separate external access to enhance privacy, safety, and ease of maintenance.
The design’s open, visible layout helps discourage loitering and vandalism, making it ideally suited for school and public environments where durability and user safety are paramount.
Moranbah QLD
January 2025 - 100 Accommodation Units + Laundry
In January 2025, Luxwood delivered 100 modular bedroom ensuite cabins (each approximately 6 m × 3 m) from our Ipswich facility to Moranbah, Queensland. Each cabin was installed on Luxwood Helical Screw Piles and features a self-contained ensuite, providing comfortable and durable accommodation for remote personnel.
This large-scale project highlights Luxwood’s expertise in delivering high-quality, transportable living solutions with rapid turnaround and superior build consistency.
Helidon Spa QLD
March 2025 - Amenities and Accommodation Units
Completed in March 2025, this project comprised the design, manufacture, and installation of a Male Ablution and Changeroom, Female Ablution and Changeroom, and an AS1428.1-compliant PWD Toilet and Accommodation Cabin. All buildings were installed on Luxwood Helical Screw Piles, ensuring a durable, level, and low-impact foundation system.
Prefabricated in Luxwood’s Ipswich factory, the project showcases Luxwood’s ability to deliver fully integrated modular facilities that combine accessibility, functionality, and superior construction quality.
Tamborine QLD
August 2025 - Amenities and Accommodation Units
The Tamborine project comprised the design, manufacture, and installation of a Male Ablution and Changeroom, Female Ablution and Changeroom, an AS1428.1-compliant PWD Toilet, and four 6 m × 3 m modular bedroom ensuite accommodation units.
All buildings were installed on Luxwood Helical Screw Piles, providing a stable and efficient foundation system. Prefabricated in Luxwood’s Ipswich factory, this project highlights Luxwood’s capability to deliver complete modular facility packages that blend comfort, accessibility, and long-term durability.
