Mark is the Managing Director of PHE Solutions Pty Ltd which holds the intellectual property of the Luxwood Building System. Through its years Mark has continued to innovate the Luxwood product to ensure a sustainable eco-friendly building material for the future. 

Ray oversees the daily running operations within Luxwood Australia. His role is to ensure operations run smoothly, drive strategic initiatives, and maintain a high-performing team to achieve the company’s goals.

Chloe is the Administration Director of Qingdao Winson PHE Business Service Co Ltd based in Qingdao China. Her role is to link Luxwood's offshore materials production facilities with our Australian manufacturing and assembly facility. 

​Graham is the Operations Manager at Luxwood Australia, responsible for overseeing the production of factory-built transportables to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. He ensures all processes are streamlined and products are delivered up to specification and on schedule.

Wayne is the Technical and Construction Manager at Luxwood Australia, responsible for managing all off-site construction work to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. He oversees technical operations and coordinates with teams to maintain excellence in every aspect of the build.

Aaron is the Business Development Manager and Project Manager at Luxwood Australia, responsible for planning and overseeing projects while actively seeking new opportunities for the company. He drives growth by identifying potential projects and ensuring their successful execution from start to finish.

​Ron is the Business Development Consultant for Luxwood Australia, focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the company's growth. He actively seeks out potential projects and partnerships to expand Luxwood's portfolio.

Dear is the Office Manager at Luxwood Australia, responsible for overseeing all administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. She ensures that all administrative tasks are handled promptly and effectively to support the team.
